Horus – Incorporating the Power of Knowledge from Business Communities
Environment, energy, raw materials, talents – the competition for strapped resources knows no boundaries anymore. And it infuses our society, our economy, and it doesn’t even spare our personal life. In this competition knowledge becomes the No. 1 factor for success. But the knowledge of one individual or of one company from the private or public sector is not enough to succeed in the competition. Networking in communities, the creation of strategic alliances and value-oriented collaboration are the order of the day. The lever for sustainable success in the competition is conscious knowledge transfer, linking knowledge, and creating new knowledge mutually within the community.
Horus picks up this idea and makes it available for organizational work. The aim is to make the entire organization-knowledge within the business community available to the collectivity for business process design. Here it is crucial for success that not only the internal process champions are involved in the process work, but also clerks and external business partners. The Horus mission mirrors these goals.
